What to Do If Your Device Won’t Connect to imyPass iPhone Transfer?

First, check whether iTunes can recognize your device.

If iTunes does not detect it:

Your iTunes may be outdated, or the Apple Mobile Device service might not be running.

You can follow Apple’s official guide here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/108643 to fix.

If iTunes does detect it:

Try these steps to fix the connection issue:

1. Make sure your iOS version is above 5.0.

2. Turn off iCloud if it is enabled.

3. Disconnect and reconnect the USB cable, or switch to another USB port.

4. Confirm that iTunes is installed on your computer.
