Step 1Create a disk with CD/DVD or USB
Run this software on a working PC to create bootable disk on a CD/DVD or USB flash drive.
Step 2Boot locked PC
Restart the locked PC and enter the boot menu. Select the bootable disk to boot from, and the PC will automatically load into Windows PE.
Step 3Reset Windows password
